Our Story
Elsa Cordero
In the late 90s, I made a 180-degree change in my career. I sold my martial arts schools and moved to beautiful Denver, CO, where I enrolled in the Art Institute of Colorado in their trailblazing Website Design program. I pursued this for 2 years, after which I transferred to the University of Colorado Denver’s MBA/IT program in 1999, graduating with an MBA from that institution.
Being a free spirit, I gravitated from self-employment to working for an upstart in order to get insight into the new online industry so I could later launch my own business.
The first business I started was a sole proprietorship where I only offered website design services.
Looking at my portfolio, you’ll find numerous martial arts websites due to my connections to the martial arts “family”. This is a result of having participated in martial arts sports competition for many years and also being a co-owner of 3 martial arts schools in the Washington Metropolitan area. At the time, a friend who was a prominent business/consultant for martial arts schools reached out to me to create his school’s website. This connection resulted in a word-of-mouth business. the expanded and also led me to contribute website-related articles to the national Martial Arts Professional magazine.
So, I was creating great websites, but my clients needed help with content and guidance on capturing business from their websites.
That fact is, the website landscape was changing from a business just showing up online as an informative website, to one that needed to be generating leads and potential prospects!
This is what led us to start incorporating additional services like SEO, online marketing and recently videography..
We are here to take your website to new levels!

I started my education at the Art Institute of Colorado where I was in a program that focused on video imagery and animation. It wasn’t until later in my career did other avenues open for exploring new possibilities and opportunities!
One such opportunity was obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology with a minor in Medical Research and, finally, a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I gained valuable experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Though extremely proud of my accomplishments in the healthcare field, I still had a strong pull towards creativity. In 2008 I founded and created Online Holistic Health with the vision of presenting information abour natural healthcare as an alternative to our current healthcare system.
Over the years as different social media platforms became popular, I used the skills I had gained developing my website to create imagery through graphics. This, led me into the world of animation and videos which seemed like the perfect opportunity to revisit my longtime interest and passion for art, imagery, and video creation. I felt I could tie my two “worlds” together.
At this point I created the Escape Limitations YouTube channel. Though still in its infancy, I shifted the idea of relaxing themed videos to highlighting websites, promos, products, event announcements, and YouTube Channel Intros.
In summary, stepping back and looking at my entire career experience so far, I can see that everything was (and is) connected. Implementing the passion and love of the holistic lifestyle, video creation, and social media marketing has become a dream come true. And that is the true meaning of peace, happiness, and health.
